However, we appreciate you may buy an item of jewellery, which you feel is not suited to you so would like to return it.

In order to receive a full refund, just pop the item back in the post in its original packaging so it returns to us within 14 days in line with our Terms and Conditions.  Please ensure that you have wrapped the piece adequately.  Out of Peru reserves the right to refuse a returned item if it has not been returned in its original packaging or been damaged.  Please note that for hygienic reasons, all earring purchased are final sale and are unable to be returned.

Once the item has been return safely into our hands and we processed your refund we shall notify you via email.   The payment can only be returned to the card from which it was made.  Refunds can take up to 30 days to process.

We recommend that you send the item by Special Delivery™ provided by the Royal Mail.  Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Special Delivery™ includes insurance cover incase of the returned item being damaged or mislaid.  The Royal Mail does NOT recommend sending jewellery by the Recorded Signed For™ service.  Out of Peru will not accept any responsibility for any damage or delay caused by the delivery service.
